2. After publishing, right-click on the Bulletin hyperlink and choose "Copy Shortcut".
3. Enter edit mode for this "home page ribbon", right-click on the text you want to be the hyperlink (you might need to create this text first), and choose "Link Properties …"
4. In the dialog box, choose the "Browse to Webpage" category, then click the "Advanced" button to show the advanced options.
5. In the "HREF" field, paste in the Shortcut that you copied in step #3. You're done!
