Diana Ducay is the Program Budget Manager for the Administration Unit of the California Department of Finance. The Administration Unit oversees the budgets for CalPERS, CalSTRS, Department of Personnel Administration, Public Employment Relations Board, and State Personnel Board. In addition, the unit is responsible for Local Mandates, Audits & Evaluations and the administrative support of the Department of Finance.
Ms. Ducay joined Finance in 2005, as Chief of the Office of State Audits and Evaluations. Prior to Finance, Ms. Ducay spent 25 years at the Department of Health Services, with her last five years there as the Deputy Director of Audits and Investigations. While the majority of her career has been in the audits arena, she also served two years as the Assistant to the Director of the Department of Health Services. In addition to auditing, Ms. Ducay has an extensive management background in administrative operations.
Ms. Ducay received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Accountancy) from the California State University, Sacramento.
